Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchini
- 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips using a mandoline or vegetable peeler.
- Sprinkle the zucchini slices lightly with salt and let them rest for 10 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
