Lemon, Garlic, Ginger & Cinnamon Honey Jar
Recipe Introduction
This natural honey jar combines lemon, garlic, ginger, and cinnamon in a sweet, spicy, and refreshing mixture. It is often used as a homemade wellness drink, especially during cold seasons. It does not cure everything, but it can be enjoyed as a soothing natural blend with warm water or tea.
Ingredients
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 8–10 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 medium piece fresh ginger, sliced
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup raw honey
- ½ teaspoon black peppercorns, optional
- 1 clean glass jar with lid
Instructions
- Wash the lemons well and slice them thinly.
- Peel the garlic cloves and slice the ginger.
- Add lemon slices, garlic, ginger, cinnamon sticks, and peppercorns into a clean glass jar.
- Pour honey over everything until the ingredients are fully covered.
- Close the jar tightly and let it sit for 24 to 48 hours in the refrigerator.
- Take 1 teaspoon daily, or mix 1 teaspoon with warm water or tea.
- Store in the refrigerator and use within 2 to 3 weeks.
